How it Works
Step 1
To get started, upload your audio using our online upload tool. Please include your name and email so we can get in touch with you if we have any questions, and to deliver your transcript.
After sending your file, expect a confirmation email from us within a few minutes. If you don't receive an email or have any questions, please feel free to contact us at joel@joelstranscription.com.
Step 2
Once your transcript is complete we will email you the first half in Word document form, along with a Paypal email invoice. The invoice will give you the option to pay using a credit card or Paypal account - either one is fine with us.
Step 3
As soon as we receive payment, we will send you your complete transcript by email. Simple as that.
